Farmers affected by the war will be able to receive up to UAH 530,000 in aid.

This was announced by Dmytro Solomchuk, a member of the Agricultural Committee of the Verkhovna Rada and the initiator of the "Victory Harvest" project. So, the total amount of the program is UAH 1.5 billion, it is financed by the budgetary support of the European Union. According to the politician, agricultural producers who cultivate from 1 to 120 hectares of agricultural land, or who keep from 3 to 100 cows, can apply for assistance. Assistance in the amount of UAH 3,100 will be paid for one hectare of agricultural land (but not more than UAH 372,000), as well as UAH 5,300 for a raised dairy cow (but not more than UAH 530,000). The People's Deputy noted that the recipient of budget funds can use one of the specified directions once.
