ATTENTION!!!
Priority will be given to applications from affected and relocated enterprises in the Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Applications from other regions of Ukraine will be considered after the distribution of agricultural machinery among the affected farms from the mentioned regions. Priority in providing charitable assistance will be given to farm enterprises that independently form groups for joint use of the machinery.
Applications sent in an unapproved format, without the necessary documents attached and/or without providing complete information required by the foundation, will NOT be considered. Additionally, applications from business entities with a negative track record of cooperation with the foundation in previous periods (failure to comply with contract terms, negligence in handling machinery, violation of operating conditions, returning machinery in unsatisfactory condition, failure to communicate with the foundation regarding the provision of requested information, photo and video reports, etc.) will not be considered.
IMPORTANT FOR RECIPIENTS OF ASSISTANCE!!!
The farm manager is required to be personally present when receiving and returning the machinery.
The contract and material acceptance-transfer acts must be signed exclusively by the farm manager/owner (the machinery will not be provided under power of attorney).
The manager/owner of the receiving farm is required to:
-
Ensure that only specialized personnel with the appropriate permits/certificates for operating mobile equipment and who have completed the relevant safety and technical training are allowed to operate the machinery.
-
Designate an operator for the mobile equipment who will be responsible for its management and operation. The foundation must be provided with the operator's details, including copies of the relevant permits/certificates, and contact phone numbers.
-
Ensure regular checks for technical service and daily maintenance of the mobile equipment, including checking all fluid levels, lubricating according to the manufacturer's recommendations, daily tire pressure checks, and other related tasks.
Recipients are responsible for the delivery of the machinery from the pickup point and its return after the usage period ends. (In certain cases defined by the Charity Program, the Charity Fund may arrange the delivery of the machinery to the recipient at its own cost.)
Recipients will bear the direct costs associated with employee wages for operating the machinery, fuel costs for fieldwork, and other related expenses.
Recipients are also responsible for ensuring that the machinery undergoes periodic technical servicing according to the manufacturer's regulations at authorized dealers in Ukraine, at their own expense.
