Informational letter regarding the provision of bulldozers.

Participants in the program can include small and medium-sized agricultural producers of any organizational and legal form, as well as government bodies and local authorities that require assistance in mitigating the consequences of military actions.

Charitable assistance received from the Charitable Organization can be used on land plots owned by or leased by the recipient. This phase of the project is implemented by providing the aforementioned entities with temporary free use of equipment, namely:

  • CATERPILLAR D6N LGP
  • CATERPILLAR D6 LGP
  • CATERPILLAR D6XE LGP

Project participants are responsible for transportation costs and labor expenses for equipment use and fuel.

To submit a request for charitable assistance, the following is required:

  • Complete all information fields in the CRM system on the website;
  • Attach PDF documents certifying the damage to the business entity or territorial community, and a scanned copy of the request in the prescribed format, along with ownership documents (extract from the EDRPOU or a scanned copy of the charter, founding agreement, or relevant declaration).

Applications for charitable assistance will be accepted starting from October 10, 2024.
Temporary free use of property does not involve profit or other benefits for the Charitable Organization or the recipient.

IMPORTANT!!!
The presence of the recipient is mandatory when receiving and returning equipment.
Priority for receiving charitable assistance is given to entities that independently unite for joint use of the equipment.
