Informational message about Autumn Harvest

Participants of the program can be small and medium farmers of any organizational and legal form who need assistance in harvesting the aforementioned crops and whose total cultivated land area is:

  • Up to 1500 hectares for farms in Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions, whose agricultural machinery has been destroyed/stolen/damaged as a result of hostilities;

  • Up to 1000 hectares for other farms.

Charitable assistance received from the Charitable Organization can be used on land plots that belong to the recipient and/or are in their use. The implementation of this phase of the project is carried out by providing agricultural enterprises with temporary free use of agricultural machinery by the Charitable Organization, specifically:

Combine harvesters:

  • New Holland: models TC 5.90 with New Holland and MAANS grain and sunflower headers respectively, CX6.90 with New Holland grain and corn headers.
  • John Deere: models T670, S770, S760 with John Deere, MAANS, and OLIMAC Drago grain, sunflower, and corn headers respectively.

Tractors:

  • John Deere: models 6140B, 6M195.

Grain carts:

  • Kobzarenko: PBN-16.
The agricultural machinery is serviced by official dealers in Ukraine and is under warranty/service maintenance within the warranty period. Project participants are responsible for transporting the equipment from the distribution point and returning it after the usage period ends. In specific cases determined by the Charitable Program, the Charitable Foundation reserves the right to deliver the equipment to the recipient at its own expense. Participants also bear the direct costs associated with the labor of employees involved in operating the equipment and the fuel expenses for performing fieldwork.

The period for submitting applications for charitable assistance to agricultural enterprises is from July 30, 2024, to August 4, 2024. Contracts for the autumn harvest will be finalized with a deadline for use by November 20, 2024, regardless of whether the farms have completed the declared work!

The presence of the farm manager/owner is mandatory during the pickup and return of the equipment.

Priority will be given to requests from affected and relocated enterprises from Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

Requests from other regions of Ukraine will be considered after distributing agricultural machinery among the affected farms from the specified regions.

PLEASE NOTE!!!

Priority in providing charitable assistance will be given to farming enterprises that independently form groups for joint use of the equipment.
