The team of the Charitable Foundation "Harvest of Victory" visited farms in southern Ukraine.

While visiting farmers in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, our team got increasingly impressed by their resilience, responsibility, and, at the same time, their optimism and belief in a bright future on their land!

Over the past 2.5 years, they have endured terrible times, and even now, the situation remains difficult. They were the first to resist the occupiers with rifles and Molotov cocktails, surviving a horrific occupation, the theft and destruction of equipment, and the demolition of warehouses, facilities, and buildings. After liberation, they personally cleared the debris in their native villages and demined tens of thousands of hectares of fertile Kherson land.

But the hardships didn’t end there, and they faced new challenges: a mouse infestation, the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam, the flooding of villages and cultivated lands, and after the water receded, swarms of insects attacked. Their daily work and struggle against these trials take place under the threat of Shahed drones and various types of airstrikes. However, this hasn’t broken them, nor has this year’s abnormal heatwave, which destroyed most of the harvest.

Despite everything, the farmers are sowing even larger areas so that every Ukrainian can have access to local, high-quality products and so that Ukraine can increase its export potential, preventing Russia from manipulating grain on the global stage.

The "Harvest of Victory" Foundation team is making every effort to help farmers achieve their goals, overcome difficulties, and succeed.

Today, we visited many of them and recognized their relentless work and resilience!
