Information notice on the 2025 autumn harvest
The charitable organization "International Charitable Foundation Victory Harvest" announces that the grant project “Assistance to the Small Farmers of Ukraine,” initiated by The Howard G. Buffett Foundation, is launching its next phase — the 2025 autumn harvest.
The program is open to small and medium-sized agricultural producers of any legal form who require assistance in harvesting soybeans, sunflowers, and corn, and whose total cultivated land area does not exceed:

up to 1,500 hectares — for farms located in the Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions, whose agricultural machinery has been destroyed, stolen, or damaged as a result of hostilities;

up to 1,000 hectares — for farms in other regions.
The charitable assistance provided by the Organization may be used on land plots owned or legally operated by the recipient.
This phase of the project is implemented by providing agricultural enterprises with agricultural machinery for temporary free use, specifically:

The agricultural machinery is serviced by official dealers in Ukraine and is under ongoing maintenance support.
To receive charitable assistance, applicants must:
-
Complete all required fields in the CRM system on the website victoryharvest.com.ua;
-
Upload via the CRM system, in PDF format, the following documents:
-
the MPZ appendix to the tax declaration,
-
the Form No. 4-SG report on sown areas of agricultural crops,
-
legal documents of the enterprise (charter and/or registration extract),
-
a scanned copy of the official application form with the enterprise's official stamps.

The application period for requesting charitable assistance for agricultural enterprises is open from August 1 to August 7, 2025.
The provision of equipment for temporary free use does not involve any profit or other benefit for either the Charitable Organization or the recipient of charitable assistance.

PLEASE NOTE!
Priority will be given to applications from affected and relocated agricultural enterprises located in the Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Applications from other regions of Ukraine will be considered after agricultural machinery has been distributed to the affected farms in the regions listed above.
Priority will also be given to farming enterprises that voluntarily unite for joint use of the machinery.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF:
-
submitted in an unauthorized or incorrect format;
-
submitted without all required documents or missing the full information requested by the Foundation;
-
submitted by enterprises that have had negative cooperation history with the Foundation in previous phases, including:
-
failure to comply with agreement terms,
-
careless handling of machinery,
-
violations of operating conditions,
-
returning equipment in unsatisfactory condition,
-
lack of communication with the Foundation,
-
failure to provide requested information, photo/video reports, etc.

IMPORTANT FOR ASSISTANCE RECIPIENTS!
The head of the enterprise must be personally present at both the receipt and return of the machinery.
The agreement and acts of transfer and acceptance of material assets must be signed exclusively by the head or owner of the enterprise.
No machinery will be issued under a power of attorney.
The head/owner of the recipient enterprise is required to:

ensure that only qualified personnel with the appropriate licenses/permits and who have completed occupational safety and equipment operation training are allowed to operate the machinery;
-
designate an operator for the machinery and, at the agreement signing stage, provide the Foundation with documentation confirming this, including:
-
copies of the required permits/licenses,
-
contact phone numbers;
-
-
ensure regular technical inspections and daily maintenance, including:
-
checking all fluid levels,
-
lubrication according to the manufacturer’s recommendations,
-
daily tire pressure checks in accordance with the tire manufacturer’s guidance, and other routine care.

Recipients are responsible for:
-
arranging transportation of the machinery from the point of issue and returning it after the usage period;
(In certain cases defined by the Charitable Program, the Foundation may choose to deliver the equipment to the recipient at its own expense.) -
covering all direct costs related to:
-
employee wages involved in the operation of the machinery,
-
fuel costs during field operations;

ensuring regular scheduled maintenance of the machinery at official dealers in Ukraine, at their own expense and in accordance with the manufacturer's service requirements.
