Information notice on the autumn sowing campaign of 2025
The charitable organization "International Charitable Foundation "Victory Harvest" announces that the grant project “Assistance to the Small Farmers of Ukraine,” initiated by The Howard G. Buffett Foundation, is launching its next phase — the 2025 autumn sowing campaign.
The program is open to small and medium-sized agricultural producers of any legal form who require support in conducting autumn fieldwork, and who cultivate:

up to 1,500 hectares of land — for farms located in Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions, whose agricultural machinery has been destroyed, stolen, or damaged due to hostilities;
-
up to 1,000 hectares — for farms in other regions.
The charitable assistance provided by the Organization may be used on land plots owned or legally used by the beneficiary.
This phase of the project is being implemented by temporarily providing agricultural enterprises with agricultural machinery for free use, namely:

The agricultural machinery is serviced by official dealers in Ukraine and remains under warranty/service maintenance within the warranty period.
To receive charitable assistance, applicants must:

Fill in all required information fields in the CRM system on the website victoryharvest.com.ua; TAP HERE

Upload via the CRM system, in PDF format, the following documents:
-
the MPZ appendix to the 2024 tax declaration,
-
legal documents of the enterprise (charter and/or extract),
-
a scanned copy of the formal request (in the established format) bearing the enterprise’s official stamps.

The application period for charitable assistance to agricultural enterprises is open from August 1 to August 7, 2025.
The provision of property for temporary free use does not entail any profit or other benefit for either the Charitable Organization or the recipient of the charitable assistance.

PLEASE NOTE!
Priority will be given to applications from affected and relocated agricultural enterprises located in the Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Applications from other regions of Ukraine will be considered only after the distribution of agricultural machinery among the affected enterprises from the above-mentioned areas.
Priority will also be given to farming enterprises that form voluntary cooperatives for joint use of the machinery.
APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF:
-
submitted in an incorrect or unofficial format;
-
submitted without all required documents or with incomplete information as requested by the Foundation;
-
submitted by entities that had negative cooperation experience with the Foundation in the past (such as violation of agreement terms, careless use of equipment, failure to return equipment in proper condition, poor communication, or failure to provide the required information, photos, or video reports during cooperation).
IMPORTANT FOR ASSISTANCE RECIPIENTS!
The head of the enterprise must be personally present at both the handover and return of the machinery.
All agreements and acts of transfer/acceptance of material assets must be signed exclusively by the head or owner of the enterprise (no power of attorney will be accepted).
The head/owner of the receiving enterprise is obliged to:

ensure that only qualified and certified personnel with valid licenses/permits and who have undergone safety and occupational training are allowed to operate the equipment;
-
designate an operator responsible for handling the equipment and, at the time of signing the agreement, provide the Foundation with relevant documents and contact details of that operator, including copies of licenses or permits of the appropriate category;
-
ensure regular maintenance checks and daily care of the equipment, including fluid level checks, greasing as per the manufacturer's recommendations, daily tire pressure monitoring as recommended by the tire manufacturer, and other necessary upkeep.
Recipients are responsible for:
-
independently transporting the equipment from the designated pick-up point and returning it after the usage period. (In certain cases, the Foundation may deliver the equipment to the recipient at its own expense, at its sole discretion.)

covering all direct costs associated with operating the machinery, including fuel and operator wages;
-
ensuring, at their own expense, that the equipment undergoes scheduled maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s regulations, using official dealers in Ukraine.
